Terms & Conditions for Ticket Sales
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of tickets for Once Upon a Kink # ("the Event") organized by Safeword_BE ("the Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase
- Tickets are available for purchase online at https://tickets.safeword.be/ or through authorized vendors.
- A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.
- Each ticket is unique and may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred without authorization.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the Event date.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our ticketing platform.
- After the up to 48-hours deadline, tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Event Changes & Cancellations
- The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event.
- If the Event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
5. Entry & Conduct
- All attendees must comply with venue policies and security checks.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive or unlawful behavior.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
- Attendees assume all risks related to attending the Event, including personal injury or property loss.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled according to our Privacy Policy available at Website URL.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels.
